wi-Q is pleased to announce that its digital ordering platform integrates with Vista, a leading software provider to cinemas around the world.
Vista, which started in 1996, now offer 20+ modules of interconnecting software in the Vista Cinema suite, supporting a wide variety of functions, and is accepted as one of the cinema industry’s leading technology providers.
Now cinemas who use Vista’s software can integrate wi-Q’s digital ordering platform, allowing their customers to order and pay for food and drink on their own mobile device – without downloading an app.
Graham Cornhill, Managing Director and Co-Founder of wi-Q said:
“This is a important step forward for the cinema industry who rely heavily on F&B revenue. Digital ordering is not only proven to increase orders and average order value, but it also improves the cinema experience – something which has not changed in decades. Imagine being able to order a meal, drinks, popcorn (maybe even a coffee from the local Costa!) from the comfort of your cinema seat and have it delivered before the movie starts.”
