Working within our collaborative culture, we are looking for an exceptional Client Onboarding Specialist to help us to provide an unforgettable onboarding experience to our clients. 

 

Role Description

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be able to show evidence of strong forward planning and organisational skills with a hands-on attitude. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands on approach to management of client onboarding, both with clients and internally.
  • Manage project scope and client expectations. 
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer implementation engagements, including consultancy, site build, training, project coordination, implementation, testing and client E2E testing.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Manage communication with client and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient onboarding.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the company.
  • Drive proof-of-concept and pilot projects for high-priority and complex customers.
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
 

What you'll need

  • A professional approach to liaise with clients and POS suppliers alike.
  • Able to lead by example to inspire & motivate team members.
  • Ability to promote customer success through product engagement. 
  • To be a critical thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • To be proactive with communication to both clients and team alike.
  • Motivation to work from home with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
 

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience of project co-ordination / management.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the technical software environment, preferably with SaaS, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), marketing cloud solution, online marketing, SEO, enterprise content management or similar.
  • Reasonable knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot, Teamwork, Churnzero, Zendesk and Metabase.
  • Strong communication of interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Experience improving processes and knowledge of systems to implement them. 
  • Full understanding of Customer Success and departments that work in CS
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
